Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement project management procedures, policies, and systems to ensure effective project delivery.
• Establish project budgets, schedules, and timelines and ensure that they are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, providing solutions to resolve them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Analyze project data and develop reports to inform decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and promote innovation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage risk and mitigate potential issues to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as AutoCAD, MS and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels both in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Projects IN Controlled Environments (Prince 2) or other related certificates.
• Comfortable with going on business trips.
