Job summary:
This position is responsible to assist and contribute in testing and assessing recurrently the quality management system to ensure that a company’s practices, operations, documentations conform to both internally and externally established standards by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings. Review of inspections, monitoring, testing records by reporting and advising on necessary corrections to required level of management.
Job duties:
- Assist Quality Audit Team Leader to improve Integrated Management System (IMS) and continually monitor the updates of the IMS activities and ensure it is up to dated;
- Assist Quality Audit Team Leader in implementation, conducting and managing of the IMS Programs within Organization;
- Support the team for scheduling, planning, performing and reporting of audits;
- With supervision and independently develop and provide Audit Reports, Investigation Reports, Audit KPI reports, Statistical Reports to the Quality Audit Team Leader;
- Assisting Audit Team members to maintain the Action Tracking Register with all relevant findings and their current status and ensuring is up to dated;
- Promote the close-out of actions within the specified timeframe to achieve the agreed Internal Audit KPIs;
- Periodically contribute to review Internal Audit department’s activities and their NCRs Tracking Register to ensure timely, effective closure in order to improving efficiency;
- Supporting Audit Team Leader ensuring root cause and corrective & preventive action is properly applied by Internal Audit department;
- Assists Audit Team Leader monitoring the application of Management of Change (MOC), Deviation programs by performing audits and building working relationships with process owners;
- Develop strong and productive working relationships with process owners in organization and once needed to challenge existing methods of work in case of necessity and suggest suitable alternatives aimed to improve processes;
- To be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the applicable standards;
- To perform Quality Assurance pre-qualification of new bidders
- Other duties requested by Line Manager by Quality Audit Team Leader

Education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani.
- Proficiency in English business language, essential for writing audit reports, communicating with stakeholders and

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 principles of management systems.
- Periodically contribute to review Internal Audit department’s activities and their NCRs Tracking Register to ensure timely, effective closure in order to improving efficiency.

- Strong understanding of entire flow of audit, inspection and investigation process.
- Prepare/draft Annual Audit Plan and prior to submission to Team Leaders and Director of department
- Provision of Audit KPI reports, Statistical Reports to Team Leaders /Director of Audit and share knowledge and experience with team members.
- Develop productive working relationships with process owners within organization to challenge existing methods of work and suggest suitable alternatives for improvement if needed.
- Assess organizational risk profile.
- Conducting audit process by ensuring achievement of Audit Plan and accuracy of audit reports.
- Conduct business process reviews to both assess the efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate audit findings via meetings and email distributions with all required levels of the organization
- Runs discussions to obtain detailed understanding of business or functional area processes

- Master degree is preferred.
- Preferred to be graduated from technical science, Business Administration or Project Management
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate necessary.
- API Specification Q1 and Q2 preferable.
- ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate preferable.
- ISO 45001:2018 OHS Internal Auditor preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
