Job Description: 

• Establish and develop business relations with existing and prospective capital market participants (issuers, investment companies, financial institutions, etc.)
• Identify the needs and objectives of capital market participants and provide actionable recommendations to the product development department.
• Participate in business events, forums, and find potential issuers in order to implement established business goals (KPI) and attract capital market participants to the stock exchange.
• Be aware of market trends, changes in legislation and other issues that may affect the activity of market participants in the stock exchange and to communicate them.
• Forming the issuer’s portfolio, supporting and controlling the issuers’ trading, listing and emission processes.
• Make proposals for ensuring and increasing the participation of international financial institutions and market makers in the stock exchange.
• Make suggestions on improving the listing rules.
• Respond to inquiries from market participants and closely collaborate with other structural units within the company (product development, marketing, legal, etc.)
• Promote innovation, openness to cooperation and high professionalism within the team.

Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, finance, or a related field; CFA Certification is desirable.

Work experience requirements: 

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Investments, Capital Markets and banking;
• Expert knowledge in financial instruments and capital markets;
• Strategic decision-making ability;
• Analytical and mathematical thinking;
• Ability to work intensively;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of business ethics and legislation relevant to the company’s professional activities;
• Initiative and innovation.

Language Skills: English, Azerbaijani and Russian (desirable).
