Position: Retail Finance Analyst

Job Title: Retail Finance Analyst.

The Retail Finance Analyst will provide accurate and data based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. The Retail Finance Analyst will research and analyze financial information to help company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

Job Role Responsibilities: 

• Review and analyze stores on a daily, weekly and monthly levels
• Control, review and participate in moth end and year end closing
• Assist and participate in forecasting and budgeting of the stores
• Trainer and responsible person for trainings for store managers
• Constant search for cost optimization
• Assistance and communication with store managers on a daily level
• Increase stores’ performance

Position Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA a plus
 2+ years of applicable work experience, preferably within retail finance/field support
 High level of proficiency in Excel is required, along with data mining and manipulation
 Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
 Demonstrated expertise with planning systems along with a strong attention to detail
 Has ability to work independently as well as identify opportunities for process improvement
 Flexible, to effectively handle changing priorities and multiple simultaneous team deliverables

 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
