Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibility:
Carry out sales negotiations within the framework of agreement with his supervisor
Co-responsibility for smooth and rational work sequences in the sales department and co-operation with the other departments in the hotel, in particular Reservations and the Banqueting Department
Involvement in the hotel’s sales activities plan
Planning, organization of written, telephone and personal contacts with customers and supervision of these contacts
Development and updating of the customer index file and its follow up
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Job requirement :

Experience in related position.
Good languages skills ( English and Russian)
