- Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director of Sales and Marketing (Group Level) provides tactical leadership in all selling and marketing activities within the group by working closely with the Revenue Management, Rooms Operations, F&B Operations, as well as hotel General Managers.
- The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible to proactively lead hotel sales teams to achieve assigned budget goals by tactical deployment in areas of overall account management, new business generation, lead generation, conversion, and proactive business prospecting covering all sales channels of the group.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing business performance and taking relative measures are among the fundamental responsibilities of this position.
- The position is further accountable to maximize segmented revenue streams by capitalizing on Corporate, Travel Agency, Tour Operator, Government, OTA, MICE as well as SMERF segments.
- Director of Sales and Marketing is also the tactical marketing leader of the group and is responsible to lead the day-to-day marketing activities covering but not limited to PR, Marketing, Ecommerce, and SMM teams to create effective tactical implementations supporting the sales efforts.
- The role also includes effective business development responsibilities to identify areas of marketing needs and objectives at both group level and individual level for hotels.
- The Director of Sales and Marketing is ultimately responsible to coordinate marketing-related processes among hotel general managers, head office marketing team, hotel sales teams, and third parties.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Strong understanding of CRM and loyalty soft wares.
- Minimum of 7 years in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years as head of the department/executive committee level managerial experience.
- Fluent in Azerbaijan, English, and Russian languages.
- No local or international travel restrictions.
