- Centralization, initial analysis and coordination of information on behalf of SOCAR Group for sharing with stakeholders, including governing bodies of SOCAR (Azerbaijan Investment Holding and Supervisory Board) upon request;
- Data collection (covering different aspects of activities of SOCAR), formation of databases and central registry;
- Analyze management reports submitted on the activities of the SOCAR and if necessary, receive additional explanations and information;
- Analyze compliance of contracts between related parties with legal & financial regulations of SOCAR & respective authorities, as well as analysis of financial inputs of contract value;
- Managing the approval process of related party transactions, as well as transactions of special importance & investment projects;
- Taking part in the process of incorporation & liquidation of legal entities (subsidiary, JV, associate companies);
- Other ad hoc tasks as/when required.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration);
- Degree from a foreign university is a plus;
- 3-5 years of related experience is a plus, preferably in oil and gas industry, audit, management consulting
- Awareness of basic functioning model of oil and gas industry;
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to develop new approaches to resolve complex issues;
- Strong work ethics, problem solving;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
