- Manage the assigned client portfolio, monitor effectiveness of the project team;
- Implement and monitor the strategic plan of the Tax Advisory practice development;
- Advise PwC Clients from different industries on various tax related issues, develop tax optimization structures;
- Advise PwC Clients on necessary restructuring and solutions on resolving tax issues;
- Assist PwC Clients during audits conducted by the tax authorities;
- Assist PwC Clients during claiming of tax incentives under double tax treaties;
- Lead the key Tax Advisory and Tax due diligence projects;
- Participate in Transfer Pricing projects;
- Lead Tax review projects and drafting the relevant reports at the end of the project;
- Perform Business Development and market analysis;
- Carry out full research on specific tax matters;
- Prepare Tax opinion memos based on the relevant legislation;
- Review and present final deliverables to clients;
- Prepare fee analysis and estimates upon Manager’s request.
Xüsusi tələblər
- A graduate degree with major in Tax, Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Law;
- A degree from an international university would be an advantage;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tax consulting, finance or law (work in Consulting or Law firms as an advantage);
- Knowledge of Tax legislation of Azerbaijan Republic and the rules of International Taxation;
- Strong command of spoken and written Azerbaijani and English (Russian or any other languages would be an advantage);
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles;
- Excellent business writing skills;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Strong analytical and problem structuring skills;
- Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks;
- Strong communication, team working skills and motivation for personal development.
