Pasha Bank OJSC is looking for a candidate to join the team as a Senior Specialist within ALM & Transfer Pricing division.

Scope of position

• Participation in Bank Balance Sheet Management Strategy development;
• Manage Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk and Currency Risk;
• Manage ongoing maintenance and development of FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) methods;
• Make recommendations for Treasury investments and Funding Strategies;
• Create reports and presentations related to Asset & Liability Management Committee (ALCO)
• Assist Head of ALM with ad-hoc financial analysis.

Required qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good VBA (Visual Basic Applications) skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills 
• At least 3 years of work experience in Treasury / Risk Management / Financial analysis
• Good communication skills in English 
• International degree is an advantage
• CFA Level 1 is an advantage
