Job purpose

Responsible for the management of the bank’s normative documents based on the regulatory requirements

Main Accountabilities

– Managing the Bank’s Normative Documents Taxonomy and ensuring BPM documentations (policies, rules, methods, business processes, procedures, operation instructions) meet the legislation and compliance requirements. 
– Management of Business Process Universe (BPU) and the changes in processes.  
– Documentation cross-functional suggestions and the changes in business processes and arrange the agreements within the stakeholders 
– In order to improve structural efficiency and effectiveness when needed a change in position and job description support HR and Business Units. 
– Preparation of BPU together with all structural units. 
– Implementation of the projects related to the preparation, improvement and automation of the processes. 
– Preparation of suggestions related to the optimization of the processes  and desired version processes together with the structural units. 
– Close collaboration with other units in order to provide clear and understandable changes in business processes. 
– Reporting of process execution, root cause analysis and process optimization. 
– Investigating complaints about process inconsistencies and internal partners’ systemic errors,  process phases and process efficiency. 
– Responsibility for strict adherence and violation of the Bank’s internal regulations, processes, policies, guidelines (including the Code of Conduct, Interests of Conflict Policy, HSE).
– Notify the supervisor immediately of any accidents, incidents and hazardous situations.
– Always work in a safe, environmentally friendly manner and avoid contamination. 
– Other verbal and written tasks and duties assigned by the line manager.  

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Education: Bachelor degree in economics or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years
• Work experience in function: Minimum 2 years
• License / Certificate: Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate is preferred 
• Foreign Languages: English (advanced), Russian (advanced)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Minitab
• Product Knowledge: Required 
• Market Knowledge: Required
