Main job responsibilities:
• Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization’s talent pool;
• Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies;
• Develop and carryout effective induction/onboarding programs;
• Identify learning and training needs in the organization and/or designing and delivering high-quality programs;
• Support staff in their continuing professional development;
• Work with managers and staff to provide valuable career development opportunities;
• Know how on implementing best practices in talent management tools, techniques and assessments;
• Development and re-positioning of internal academy;
• Drive/ initiate talent development driven projects.
Key requirements:
• Bachelor or Masters in Human Resources Management/ Organizational Behavior and Effectiveness
• Min 2 years of talent management experience, Total HR experience min 3 years
• Fluent in English, Russian, Azeri;
• Excellent use of power point, excel and visio;
Other skills:
• Business Acumen;
• Quick learning ability;
• Good communication skills;
• Good presentation skills;
