The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Junior Credit Analyst.
Scope of position
Responsible for assistance in initial credit analysis of the potential borrowers and providing structured solutions to Bank’s corporate clients.
• Assistance to seniors in analysis (collecting data, input to MRA, credit memorandum writing)
• Assist division / sub-division head in day-to-day activities such as updating pipeline for division, providing any requested data from other functions.
• Assisting analysts in daily work by entering financial data in templates
• Preparing initial question list to clients
• Preparation of short reports on sectors under analysis using published available data
• Review of supportive documents, contracts and raise the question, concerns to assist the loan structuring team.
• Preparing short interdepartmental reports on peer analysis, client information to assist deal-making process
• Supporting Analysts in carrying out comprehensive financial and non-financial analysis of client position
• Archiving of supportive documents
• Executions of other tasks as guided by senior staff
• Corporate deals structuring and initial analysis process assistance.
• Learning of analysis to become independent Analyst in nearest time horizon
Required qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English or/and Russian
• Knowledge of IFRS is preference
