We are currently looking for candidate to fill Junior Retail Communications Specialist position.
Requirements:
∙ Bachelor degree in mathematics or finance & accounting
∙ Working experience in related field is an advantage
∙ Fluent Azeri, Russian and English
∙ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PDF Converter
∙ Good business communication and analytical skills
∙ Good time management and planning skills
∙ Logical thinking skills
∙ Ability to work under pressure
The Job Responsibilities will include:
∙ Getting initial orders from buyers according to business schedule(travel coordinator)
. Executing marketing plan accordingly
∙ Checking placed volumes with confirmed budgets if over budget to return orders to buyers for deduction
∙ Getting confirmations from factories in excel, csv & pdf formats with EAN codes
∙ Checking and comparison initial order with relevant confirmation
∙ Putting order in software in time
∙ Attention to delivery window & terms of payment
∙ Control of opening BG & arranging deposits in time
∙ Making payments for ready goods in time
∙ Control delivery process & providing stores with goods in time
∙ Getting delivery invoice(packing list) from suppliers and preparing labels in time
∙ Deduction advertising contribution from payment for goods
∙ Investigate the reasons of goods shortage
∙ Reach 100% refund for missed (stolen) goods
∙ Removing defected units from base & getting relevant credit note – 100% compensation of defected units & deduction amount of credit note from payment
∙ Balance at the end of each season
