Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of
Loyalty and Targeted Marketing Specialist
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Developing churn prediction model and conducting complex analysis such as: sensitivity analysis, forecasts, review and monitor the effect of pricing of a certain product/service on the others, market basket analysis and etc.
• Senior expertise in analysing and interpreting customer data, revealing behavior trends and predicting next actions with models, independetly as well as in team.
• Making data analysis supported suggestions in order to adapt existing product and service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings.
• Monitor the ongoing competition moves in local market and analysis trends and performance of the market players in targeted marketing and loyalty areas and assessment of their impact on business.
• Conduction of segmentation, micro/nano segmentations and profiling of customer base and execution of retention, usage stimulation initiatives, development of loyalty programs, up-/cross- selling campaigns
• Creation of analytical and statistical models aiming to understand segment needs and developing new special offers for each segment group and fulfillment of consept tests.
• Monitoring and evaluation the returns for each campaign (ROI), in terms of subscriber retention, generated revenue, usage and other predefined metrics.
• Develop business cases for new products and services, check the feasibility of new products and fixe their price, review and suggest enhancements in the existing products.
• Interaction with appropriate departments to drive execution of churn and retention strategies, loyalty programs, targeted offers and up-/cross- selling initiatives.
• Supporting coordination of outbound team for execution of win-back, up-sell/cross-sell outbound calling programs according the segmentation models and operational roadmap.
Required education and work experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Applied Math, Computer science, Computer engineering or equivalent areas.
• MSc or MBA will be an advantage.
• More than 3 years professional experience in business analytics, reporting or datamining, data modelling or forecasting, consumer analytics in Telecommunication, FMCG and Financial Sectors.

• Ability to work in non-working hours
