Job Role Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management report; including budget status report.
Provide leadership and vision to the organization
Manager and supervise I.T. Department Team Members
Coordinate Team Member’s work
Meet required performance and target.
Comply with the Company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement
Contribute to the commercial development
Work under pressure, help the store team to beat the sales target and profit record.
Position Qualification
Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager of IT or MIS required with leading direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or four to six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
