Responsibilities:
– Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities;
– Monitor and coordinate advertising campaigns, including TV ads, commercials, ads for radio, pay-per-click, banner, and other Internet ads;
– Keep up to date with industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy;
– Assist monitoring the company reviews the answers to users’ questions;
– Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits;
– Assisting with promotional activities;
– Create presentations, communications plans, corporate communications materials, media releases;
– Implement targeted marketing campaigns and events;
– Work with outside vendors to develop best-in-class print & promo product processes;
– Work with Design / Production Group to aid in development of marketing concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand, powerful visual presentations for all distribution channels.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of proven experience as marketing communications specialist (preferably in FMCG sector);
– BA degree in Marketing, Business Management or Public Relations
– Solid understanding of project management principles;
– Experience in copywriting and editing;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
– Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw is a plus;
– Experience in content production is a plus;
– Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
– Outstanding organizational and planning abilities;
– Strong Customer Orientation;
– Proficient command of English and Russian.
