DemirBank OJSC is seeking a Monitoring & Reporting Specialist

• Understanding and supporting DemirBank philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable DemirBank to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with DemirBank policies and procedures;
• Perform monitoring of branch recovery activities registered in GNI
• Assessment of timeliness of performed actions and quality of client related information in GNI
• Preparation of regular reports to regional managers and Head of collection department
• Collect feed-back from the branches aimed at improving user friendliness of NPL module
• Act as a counterparty for the Configuration departments in the process of adjustment of NPL module
• Based on the requests from the Head of Collection department or/and Management Board develop reports, reflecting recovery activity of the branches
• Coordinate with the Analytical unit the development or modification of existing loan portfolio quality and repayment reports
Qualification and requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in banking sector;
• Good knowledge of excel and GNI system;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Fast learning abilities
• Ability to work in stressful situations;
• High level of loyalty towards the employer;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude;
• Knowledge of fundamentals of law (preferred);
• Knowledge of Russian (preferred)
