Vcancy 1: Mechanical Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1) Lead a team of Site operatives and providing technical support & ensuring high standards. of installation and workmanship.
2) Develop and maintaining good relationships with the site team. Attend client meetings; provide regular updates both to your projects manager and internally trough the document control system
3) Take ownership and deputise where necessary by way of supervisors full onsite work scheduling and monitoring
4) Monitor service performance and ensure a Proactive work structure and that installation work is completed within agreed programmed limits.
5) Ensure compliance with Design and agreed materials.
6) Ensure that correct procedures are undertaken during testing and commissioning stages.
7) Ensure site documentation is kept up to date.
Requirements:
Experience at the same/related position in construction sphere is a must
HVAC work experience is a must
Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani language , English intermediate level, Russian is a plus
Vacancy 2: Mechanical Design Engineer
Requirements:
• Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements
• Produce outline design
• Writing reports and documentation
• Use computer-aided design/modelling software
Qualifications:
• Design and implementation experience in HVAC, Sanitary, Fire Fighting systems at buildings.
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English upper intermediate, Turkish is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction methods
• Ability to work in a team
• An appreciation of business demands
