Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;
Requirements:
Citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Female
Age 22-35
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in Azerbaijan, English ( To be fluent in Russian is advantage )
Good interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills knowledge (including Word & Excell) Presentable looks Hardworking
Employment type:
5/7 day
Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
