Office Manager

Responsibilities:
– Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages
– Provide word-processing and secretarial support
– Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
– Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
– Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;
Requirements:
– Citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic
– Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
– Female
– A- ge 22-35
Required Qualifications:
– Fluent in Azerbaijan, English (Russian is advantage)
– Good interpersonal skills
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Good computer skills knowledge(including Word & Excell) Presentable looks Hardworking
Employment type:
5/7 day
Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
