Job Responsibilities
• Cooperation with food suppliers based Hazard analysis and critical control points / HACCP (site visits, food tests)
• Execution of Documentation (suppliers, cash delivery, reports to finance department etc)
• Controlling of Supply Chain
• Contributes to the development brand in terms of Confectionary/Pastry/Restaurant operations and growth, event planning, business analysis, new products and menu development.
• Coordinates the brands activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss
• Assists in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team
• Selects menu items and products in accordance with the markets taste
• Ensure high standard guest service in each store
Requirements
• Bachelors degree (Confectionary/Pastry/Restaurant Management or Business Administration is preferable)
• 3 years experience in FMCG or Food and Beverage operations
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Intermediate written and oral communication skills on English, Russian and Azeri
• Knowledge of Micros or R-keeper systems
