Organizational Development Junior Specialist – PASHA Bank OJSC

The largest corporate bank of Azerbaijan Pasha Bank is looking for hardworking candidates to join our team as Organizational Development Junior Specialist in HR department.

Scope of position

• To contribute to the profitability of the business through the provision of a professional support to the Organizational development team
• Work closely with Organizational development team to provide support on a day-to-day basis.
• Initiate OD related paperwork process; ensure all proper approvals have been completed
• Support to create and schedule onboarding agendas – maintain attendance of newcomers to induction, follow up onboarding process for every newcomer (CEO letter, Inductions, breakfast/ lunches with CXOs)
• Support in timely updates of databases (Training and vendor database, onboarding database, buddy program)
• Draft communication letters for OD projects/ activities/ initiatives
• Support to launch satisfaction surveys (SNAPCOM) and formatting results in power point
• Respond to employee needs on internal knowledge sharing sessions, launch and lead process implementation until sessions completed

Required qualifications & skills:

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or another closely related field.
• Attention to details, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced  in English and Russian
