1. Housekeeping Team Leader (Port Baku Residence)
Key accountabilities:
• To plan and manage the work of the teams of cleaning operatives.
• To organize the workload of the team, ensuring an even distribution of work.
• To plan and to conduct training for cleaning operatives and to ensure that all cleaning operatives are adequately trained to an acceptable level, commensurate with the duties they are to perform.
• To supervise on regular basis work completed and work in progress and to ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the service level / standard required and to ensure that the agreed quality will be always maintained.
• To arrange maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment, e.g. vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, etc.
• To manage (incl. monthly order) stock of cleaning material, order all cleaning and auxiliary materials and equipment required by the teams, using agreed supply chains.
• To prepare, submit and negotiate offers with existing and potentially new tenants and to estimate the required work time and cost for additional or altered works.
Required skills/experience:
• At least 1 year of supervisory role in hospitality industry
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong administrative and customer service background
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani language, knowledge of English and Russian will be an advantage
• Ability to work weekends

2. Customer Services Assistant (Mall 28)
Key accountabilities:
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival, provide them with information they need and answer other questions as best they can;
• Provide customers with information brochures;
• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information;
• Acting as a spokeswoman for the event, coordinating with organizers, other staff members or featured guests – such as managers, artists and caterers, and mingling among the crowd to make sure the event is on track and people are enjoying themselves;
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Manage issue of lost car parking tickets
• Preparation of daily base reports (lost and found, work permit list and etc.)
Required skills/experience:

Key accountabilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• Assist management with administrative issues
• Ensure all office correspondence is managed effectively

Key accountabilities:
• Make the required spa, sports hall, tennis and squash appointments as requested, reconfirm and reschedule as needed;
• Make full tour around the club including description of fitness classes, promotions and prices. Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or meeting location;
• Obtain telephone directories and maintain them in proper and timely manner;
• Responsible for the client database TNG HRS filing system;
• Maintain and update database filing system on a regular basis;
• Receive cash and credit card payment, provide client with receipt is a must;
• Ensure that all forms and letters are correctly filed;
• Responsible for the preparation of corresponding TNG reports;
• Ensure all necessary office supplies are in stock at all times.
