A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for PR/Marketing Communications Manager for its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
 Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
 Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications and on the radio, depending on the campaign.
 Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, brochures and DVDs.
 Writing and proofreading copy and press-releases.
 Liaising with designers and printers.
 Organizing photo shoots and filmings.
 Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions and parties.
 Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
 Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
 Managing budgets.
 Evaluating marketing campaigns.
 Monitoring competitor activity.
 Responsible for Social Media channels.
 Responsible for the website update.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian, both written and verbal.
 Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Social Media and PR.
 Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
 Knowledge of the local market.
 Knowledge of hospitality industry.
 Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and PR disciplines, plans and strategies.
