A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for PR/Marketing Communications Manager for its Hotel Units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications and on the radio, depending on the campaign.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, brochures and DVDs.
Writing and proofreading copy and press-releases.
Liaising with designers and printers.
Organizing photo shoots and filmings.
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions and parties.
Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
Managing budgets.
Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Responsible for Social Media channels.
Responsible for the website update.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian, both written and verbal.
Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for Social Media and PR.
Strong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
Knowledge of the local market.
Knowledge of hospitality industry.
Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and PR disciplines, plans and strategies.
