Procurement Manager

Overview:

Participation in cluster, zone or global category management teams representing the country. Drive & be accountable for categories performance & initiatives in the country. Reports to country Head of Contracts & Procurement.

Responsibilities:

● To ensure categories strategy implementation in cooperation with cluster, zone or global category managers
● To maximize the savings associated with the spend managed locally as defined by Category teams
● To have a focus on development and consistent implementation of processes and standards in categories strategy execution
● To execute RFP process in the country
● To monitor the performance within respective categories
● To perform negotiations /  to manage local contracts

Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years in procurement with exposure to supply chain management & complex strategic sourcing
● Proven performance in managing suppliers base & sourcing
● Talent in negotiations & networking
● Capabilities to work in cross-functional teams
● Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and with all functions
● Strong analytical skills
● Talent in negotiations & networking
● Leadership skills
● Fluent English
