Project Manager — “PASHA Bank” OJSC

“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Project Manager for its PMO Team.

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide a high quality of customer service by managing project teams who understand the real business needs of their internal customers and deliver effective and cost-efficient projects meeting strategic and commercial objectives of the Bank.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To deliver a high-quality and efficient project management service to internal and external customers.
• To manage all aspects of the project team on a daily basis.
• To continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
• To implement PASHA Bank policy by containing undue risk across own and team activities.
• To proactively seek ways to enhance the Bank’s internal practices and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE

• Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of PASHA Bank, its vision and strategy.
• Able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of PASHA Bank’s internal structures and reporting lines, as well as its policies, procedures, guidelines, operating practices and procedures.
• Able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Project Management methodology and international standards.
• Achieving professional certification on project management of no less than Project Manager Level.

EXPERIENCE

• No less than 3 (three) years of progressive project management experience as well as the ability to tailor and apply this knowledge within PASHA Bank.
• Proven experience of managing other people in a non-vertical relationships context.

SKILLS
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of internal customers.
• Ability to facilitate business discussions and negotiate successful outcomes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all times.
• Ability to plan, organise and control tasks.
• Ability to create, use and explain management information in relation to team performance, business performance, and budgets.
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian (both verbal and written).
• Excellent IT skills specifically in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
