Əsas vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
– Preciseness and quality of factoring products analysis and healthiness of client’s receivables portfolio. Carrying out factoring monitoring and close tracking of payment cycles. Identification of quality of the customer’s receivables portfolio.
– Responsible for daily accounts control. “Confirm” function in Banking system for factoring repayments and authority to automate payment schedules. Replace the factoring administrator when he/she is on vacation and perform all his/her main accountabilities
– Execution of all functions in the department in compliance with the relevant internal and external regulations
– Development of subject matter knowledge. Responsible for business process optimizations of factoring products
– Interacting with Corporate Sales Management RMs as part of sales pursuit to existing and new clients. Direct sales of factoring and PO Financing products
– Support financial and legal review of the terms and conditions of the contracts and supporting documents provided by the customer. Establishment of factoring line and sublines in tandem with the customer’s credit analyst by analyzing the repayment capacity, maturity periods and limits. Preparation and submission of internal factoring reports.
– Participation in pricing and risk management of factoring deals
– Upon approval of the limit, verifying invoices by collecting supporting documentation and preparing the invoice for financing.Managing notifications sent to the sellers and buyers (as per customer’s request)
– Coaching RMs for analyzing SME Scoring model based cases. Control and assess RM`s initial analysis in SME scoring model based cases according to the CRU function. Resubmit, decline or approve SME cases for CRU approval.
-Responsible for PR & Marketing related part of the budget including advertisements. Managing communication with segments and network to convey product related updates. Organization and management of product related presentations to segments and network. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and sector trends
