Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
BDO, the world’s fifth largest international network of public accounting firms, is looking for Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for its office in Baku.
An applicant shall have Bachelor’s degree and have at least two year of experience acting as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or any other similar role. Current position requires a candidate to provide front desk and administrative support to guests and staff members to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. A candidate shall demonstrate ability of good time management and multitasking, speak, listen and write clearly using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques, establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally and understand ethical behavior and business practices to be able to represent the company in the best manner. Good knowledge of English is required.
