DemirBank OJSC is seeking a Regional Manager (3 vacant positions) of Loan Collection Department

• Understanding and supporting Bank’s business philosophy and objectives;
• Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by supervisor and work unceasingly to enable DemirBank to meet its goal;
• Conducting all activities in compliance with DemirBank policies and procedures;
• Working with Branch management on improving the collections from loan portfolio
• Provide support in optimal organization of collection activity
• Provide on the job training for loan officers in the branches
• Coordinating the activity of the assigned branches and loan officers
• Regular visits to branches/outlets, conduction of discussion with problematic borrowers
• Cooperation with the branch management aimed at increasing the loan officers’ performance, effectiveness and raising their professional level;
• Organization/conduction of review of loans delivered to court;
Qualification and requirements:
• Education in Economics/Banking/Management;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lending operations;
• Good communication and team player skills;
• Dynamic and mobile;
• Ability to work in stressful situations;
• High level of loyalty towards the employer;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude;
• Knowledge of fundamentals of law (preferred);
• Knowledge of Russian (preferred)
