Position: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Building businesses from scratch in key markets by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners
• Motivate and stimulate existing distributors to deliver sales and profit targets
• Develop and implement the marketing activity calendar with the distributors
• Manage all aspects of Region P&L including the marketing investment
• Prepare yearly Sales and A&P Budgets per distributor, with Quarterly Reviews, for the approval of the Export Director
• Monitor and control profitability of the markets, and report monthly on performance against sales and profit targets
• Develop new and maintain current export accounts
• Develop and find new accounts in new countries
Requirements:
• 3 years proven experience in export department (preferably in FMCG sector)
• BA degree in Business Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
• Proficient command of English and Russian;
• Self-starter – highly motivated and keen to succeed
• Quality and detail conscious
