Job Title: Reinstatement Supervisor
Project: South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion
Work location: Camps in Kurdamir; Goranboy and Aghstafa regions
Reports to: Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
• To ensure that work is completed safely, on time and to budget and to the required quality.
• To ensure that labour is effectively managed and utilized and to manage the co-ordination of sub-contract operations.
• To undertake the management of labour force and subcontractors.
• To control the works of the labour teams and to issue works to gangs in a structured and organized manner.
• To ensure that all site works are conducted in a safe manner.
• To ensure that all piping components are installed or re-installed in their respective locations as shown in the P&ID. (i.e.: Piping, removable pipe spools, valves, vents, drains, spectacle plates, blinds, flange spacers, etc)
• To ensure that all in-line equipment & Instruments are installed or re-installed in the respective locations as shown in the P&ID. (i.e.: Strainer, meter tube, straightening vanes, flow meter, orifice fitting, Pressure Indicators.
• To ensure that all nuts and bolts of flange connections are fully engaged.
• To ensure Bolt and Nut materials are verified visually with piping specification on reinstated flange.
• To ensure that Gasket materials are verified visually with piping specification on reinstated flange.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge ( Microsoft Windows & Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani language
• Experience with working internationally; within matrix organizations and with a variety of cultures
• Ability to travel inside and outside the country
• Ability to effectively structure and deliver content in written; oral; and formal presentations
