We are looking for specialists to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.
Scope of position
• Responsible for administrative support, control of covenants, daily routine operations, requests processing and document preparation.
• Customer request processing
• Speedup internal processes on deals execution (collection of all required approval, monitoring deadlines for other involved divisions)
• Providing highly professional customer service
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Required qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• High level of communication skills
• Able to provide highly professional customer service
• Good negotiation skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must
• Advanced in English and Russian
• Previous working experience in banking field is preference
