Position: Sales Manager (Retail)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Search for new potential corporate clients;
 Manages personnel and develops sales;
 Reviews progress of sales throughout the brand;
 Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
 Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers;
 Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support;
 Other duties as requested by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
 Higher education
 Work Experience: at least 3-5 years in related field
 Technical sales skills
 Proven experience in customer relationship management
 Knowledge of market research
