“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Senior Specialist for Budget and Planning Division of Finance Department.

We have investment banking, trade finance, basic financial services, including asset management, as well as offer a comprehensive set of services for small and medium enterprises. The Bank’s main areas of non-oil sector of the economy – agribusiness, transportation, construction, trade and other areas of the economy that contribute to the diversity of services.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of regular monitoring reports and providing explanations on variances
• Ongoing analysis of revenue and costs on drivers and assumptions level
• Participation in annual budget campaign as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions
• Maintain the budget policies and procedures manual
• Conducting and verifying cost-benefit analysis
• Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending
AGE
• 24 – 35
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimal level of experience in Cost Control, Budgeting&Planning, Accounting and Cost Analysis direction: 3 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• International education
• Certificates: ACCA F2, F5, P5
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
