1. Travel Coordinator.

The duties will include:

• Organize seasonal and other business trips of the Company’s employees in a timely, effective and planned manner in accordance with accepted standards (booking airline tickets and hotels, arranging meeting time with partners, getting tickets for intercity transportation, exhibition tickets reservation, etc.).
• Timely preparation of employees’ visas and other necessary documents
• Ensure the cancellation or replacement of booked hotel and air tickets in case of necessity
• Ensure that the documents of the invited partners meet the requirements of the local legislation as well as provision of temporary registration upon their arrival
• Ensure gathering information about the employees` business trips and providing necessary reports to relevant departments
• Archiving all correspondence and documents related to the work

Requirements:

• University degree (Degree in Tourism and Management field is an advantage)
• Certificates on ticket selling programs such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Gabriel
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Travel
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages
• Good business communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management and problem solving skills

2. Tax Accountant.

The duties will include:

• Regular monitoring of changes in accounting, tax and other regulations
• Regular communication with tax authorities regarding tax charges and other governmental liabilities
• Control over the timely and correct accounting and payment of tax and other governmental liabilities
• Preparation and timely submission of tax and other state reports (simplified tax, VAT, profit, SSPF, reports to the Statistical Office, etc.)
• Keeping records of tax and other government charges on the system and controlling their accuracy
• Provide support on tax audits and tax-related questions

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, finance, audit, economics or other related fields
• 2-3 year of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Having relevant knowledge of accounting, tax and labor legislation and other related legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic
• Experience in tax accounting and preparation and submission of tax reports
• Experience of working with 1C accounting software, e-gov and e-taxes electronic governmental portals
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other office programs
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage
• Good business communication and time management skills
