1- Flower Shop Manager.
The duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing department inventory and the availability of goods in stock
• Ordering flowers from local and foreign suppliers (based on the sales plan)
• Planning and analyzing forecast of Profit and Loss
• Make sure that any floral merchandise on display meets company standards and internal design
• Consulting customers concerning their demand and requirements
• Recruiting and managing necessary staff effectively
• Providing support and on-the-job training for team members
Requirements:
• University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years in Management of Flower boutiques is required
• Strong floral and décor design skills
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good business communication skills
• Good organizational skills and commercial awareness
• Good time management, planning and analytical skills
2 – Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Management and control of the finance function reorganization project;
• Leading and management of the IFRS implementation/transition project;
• Oversee the integration project of locally developed ERP system with 1C ERP software;
• Regular control and management of operations of finance team, along with day to day supervision of department heads of finance function;
• Control and supervision of timely and accurate preparation and submission of external reports (IFRS reports and tax reports);
• Development and maintenance of effective internal control system and accounting policies, regular review of policy and procedures for improvement purposes;
• Development and further control of budgeting, budget control and monitoring procedures;
• Regular preparation and submission of management reports, including a report on interpretations of financial position and financial performance of company;
• Development of financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk;
• Communication and coordination of the annual and regular audit with the external and internal auditors.
Personal skills and requirements:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or audit fields is required, experience in managerial positions is an advantage
• Candidates with experience of development /implementation of ERP systems are highly desired
• Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Audit
• Part-qualified with ACCA or CIMA students (or students of any other relevant qualifications) will be preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel (construction of routine spread-sheet applications) and all relevant software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, PDF editors )
• Leadership and project management skills
• Very strong communications and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to understand and reorganize business procedures
• Advanced knowledge on financial accounting and IFRS reporting (backed up with sound reporting experience)
• General local tax compliance knowledge is preferred
• Management accounting knowledge (with main focus on costing, budgeting and internal control)
• Knowledge on variety of bank products, their nature and how they operate
• Financial management knowledge, particularly knowledge on management of working capital and risk management
