“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a SME Loan Origination & Structuring Analyst.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Loan Origination & Structuring Analyst provides structuring of all types of SME clients’ financing applications where business financial and economic analysis is required and being conducted (both traditional and expedited way). The Analyst is accountable for applications processing, ensuring smooth and effective process (quick, well run and risks verified) of financing to SME clients from application acceptance to decision making. Act as a one team with Relationship Managers in order to provide quick, smooth and well run processing of financing applications, doing their best in “Time to Yes” objective.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting business financial analysis of SME Clients. Ensuring professional communication with clients being high competenced financial advisor.
• Financing applications processing of all established by function (Loan origination & structuring) approaches and segments: 1. from conventional business financial analysis to expedited approaches. 2. from conventional opex, capex financing products to receivables finance, trade finance and other tailored to segments solutions.
• Effective collaboration with Relationship Managers and other bank stakeholders to provide smooth, effective and well run processing of finance applications taking into account all risk verification.
• Credit Risk management. Ensure safe, sound and timely loan origination & structuring practices and SME banking financing standards.
• Driving ongoing improvement of Loan Origination & Structuring function in order to have best in class approaches.
SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field.
• High level of analytical skills – strongly required.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in business banking and business financial analysis (1+ mln AZN eq. annual sales and at least partially cashless – presence of official sales) – strongly required.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must.
• Good in English and/or Russian.
