VACANCY 1: Cost Controller/ Cost Engineer

Location: Office Department: Economic Planning and Cost Control

Employment Type: full-time Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded;
 Project cost estimation;
 Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
 Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring;
 Perform technical and commercial review of Tenders (Contractors & subcontractors’ quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements;
 Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management;
 Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work;
 Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget;
 Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal team as and when required.

Required general qualifications:

 Higher education;
 Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
 Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting;
 Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and SAP software are highly advantageous;
 Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
 Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous;
 Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills;
 Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative;
 Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.


VACANCY 2: Medic

Location: Offshore / Medical station and canteen.

Department: QHSE

Employment Type: 15/15

Constantly monitoring health condtion of workers at workplaces and applying First Aid and medical
treatment as approriate.

Key responsibilities:

 To ensure medical station to be in constant service;
 Constantly monitoring workers health at work site and take preventive measures to ensure their health
 Registration of workers applying to medical station and to provide them with appropriate medical aid, to treat the illnesses, if necessary, to send the patients for specialized medical treatment;
 Processing of personal medical records of workers;
 Reporting all applications for medical assistance to the HSE department on a weekly basis;
 Conducting permanently for crew members trainings about season illnesses, first aid, sanitary and hygienic norms and to give them advices that they need;
 Monitoring to conform to the sanitary and hygienic rules in canteen and accommodation;
 Inspection canteen and food storage and reporting to HSE department every week;

Required general qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in related discipline;
 At least 3 years of experience in related fields;
 Ambition to succeed;
 Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
 Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
 Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).


VACANCY 3: Electrician

Location: Offshore Department: Maintenance

Employment Type: 15/15

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and the provision of services to electrical systems.

Key responsibilities:

 Comply with and maintain Company Global Maintenance Managment System (GMMS);
 Maintain a preventative maintenance system / program in accordance with Company Policy / Procedure in the form of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS);
 Ensure all equipment under their control complies with statutory requiremnts and is maintained at all times in a safe manner;
 Maintain high standard of personal safety in the workplace, advise safety & senior staff of hazards, potential hazards & incidents;
 Ensure daily inspection and maintenance of all electrical equipment;
 Analyze period equipment failures by root cause analysis;
 Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all electrical components of all relevant drilling equipment, drilling motors and auxiliaries, i.e Top Drive, Mud Pumps, Drawworks
Populates report to suit work completed as required;
 To proactively inspect and repair all electrical equipment as required ensuring and maintaining safe & efficient operations;
 To conduct routine maintenance to all of the electrical equipment as required;
 To assemble distribution boards;
 To repair distribution boards of the electrical equipment;
 To disassemble and assemble electrical equipment, systems and motors as required;
 To follow the SOCAR-AQS SSOW procedures to conduct and confirm appropriate isolations of electrical source when required.

Required general qualifications:

 Higher education;
 At least 3 year experience in the relevant field;
 Team player;
 Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
 Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).


VACANCY 4: HSE Advisor

Location: Offshore

Department: QHSE

Employment Type: 15/15

HSE advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day health, safety and environmental duties for their assigned installation to ensure full compliance with SOCAR-AQS HSE policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

 Monitors adherence to the Company HSE Policy and Procedures;
 Provides relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees;
 Ensures that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and actioned;
 Makes planned visit and carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits in line with Company Policy and to recommend remedial actions in writing, as appropriate;
 Carries out any safety and environmental training, for which qualified, as requested by management, including safety inductions;
 Maintains and produces health, safety and environmental statistics and records and monitor safe storage;
 Assists in preparation and review of all safety documentation;
 Conducts safety inductions to crew and third party contractors and TBT prior to each shift;
 Conducts PTW registration and audit;
 Takes part in risk assessment prior to each major task;
 Prepares weekly HSE reports;

Required general qualifications:

 Higher education;
 At least 3 years of experience in HSE;
 Demonstrate good communication skills;
 Proven ability to influence people;

 Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);

VACANCY 5: Drilling Engineer

Location: Offshore Department: Drilling Engineering

Employment Type: 15/15

Drilling Engineers are responsible for planning, coordination and optimisation of well related activities.

Key responsibilities:

 To timely receive required information from the customer and subcontractors and to prepare programmes on cost-effective drilling, completion and workover operations
 To review preliminary information related with recommendations given by the customer on well activities, and potential safety and financial risks
 To provide engineering technical and procurement support to ensure continuous drilling activities
 To plan and coordinate drilling and well activities
 To control well drilling activities
 To identify, capture and implement improvement and learning opportunities for inclusion in future projects
 To prepare end of well reports in a timely manner
 To control, safely, technically and financially, the subcontractors during well planning, drilling and monitoring
 To supervise, control and evaluate the work of the company offshore drilling engineers
 To participate in the Well Optimisation meetings organized each weekend.

Required general qualifications and qualities:

 Higher education;
 Supervisor Level Well Control (IWCF) or WellCAP certification at Supervisor level.
 At least 3 years of experience in the discipline;
 Thorough knowledge in Legislation of Azerbaijan Republic related to Labour Safety, Safety techniques, Production Sanitary Norms and rules;
 Strong analytical skills;
 Team player;
 Ambition to succeed and surpass targets;
 Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
 Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).


VAKANCY 6: Help Desk Specialist (Front Desk)

Location: Office Department: IT

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software.

Key responsibilities:

 Assists users with resolving technical issues with application packages installation and break/fi;
 Provide users timely and effective solutions to problems;
 Perform basic and advanced analytical support activities related to the support of Windows laptops/desktops and client supported applications;
 Interface with end users to handle tasks of a routine nature, such as researching and answering questions.

Required general qualifications:

 High Technical education;
 Be informenabout company operations and basic knowledge of technical terminology;
 Demonstrate customer service skills and commitment to customer service;
 Desktop support experience with Windows OS;
 Experience supporting Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook;
 Experience supporting Remote Access/VPN;
 Experience supporting IOS/Android devices;
 Experience supporting Internet Browsers;
 Experience supporting SAP ERP (Welcome);
