VAKANSİYA 1: Piping Supervisor
Reports to: Construction Manager & Area Superintendent
Location: Sumgayit
JOB DUTIES
• All delegated responsibilities of the area superintendent.
• Provides first line administration and compliance with site SHE program. Takes an active role in incident analysis and reporting.
• Attends contractors tool box meetings.
• Makes himself familiar with and continually reviews the contract terms and conditions in order to assure compliance by construction contractor.
• Attends and provides input at construction contractors progress meetings.
• Controls and co-ordinates contractor’s activities in compliance with the contract and schedule.
• Initiates preventive actions to mitigate schedule and cost overruns.
• Co-ordinates contractors and is responsible for Safety and quality.
• Assists/reports to Construction Manager/Area superintendent possible back charges to contractors/suppliers/vendors due to late delivery/poor quality etc.
• Reports contractor progress and provides construction input to scheduler. Verifies and ensures correct contractor‘s labor levels at site.
• Verifies accuracy of contractor’s invoices in conjunction with Contracts Manager
• Anticipates potential disputes and work stoppages and advises corrective actions.
• Causes tests to be undertaken at the various hold points; and/or witnesses such tests in accordance with the contractor’s quality inspection and test plan.
• Ensure contractor’s compliance with ‚as built, requirements.
• Statuses punch list progress on a daily or weekly basis to support mechanical completion activities.
• Works with construction engineers to complete checklists and test reports that support pre-commissioning activities.

JOB DUTIES
• Support the HSE Manager and team with implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that HSE objectives are met.
• Provide support to Project team in all aspects of HSE
• Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE inspections.
• Attend toolbox talks and advise as required.
• Provide input to project specific HSE initiatives.
• Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program.
• Assist with the investigation of Accidents and Incidents
• Assist with the gathering of Statistic for reporting purposes.
• Attend HSE training and orientation.
• Support HSE personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
• Assist in ad-hoc HSE related tasks as required by HSE Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Functional
• Posses a recognized HSE qualification.
• Knowledgeable workplace inspections and applicable HSE standards.
• Able to conduct HSE inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
• Fluency in Azeri and English
• Must be confident in delivering HSE requirements.

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed
