Specialist Development and management of card products for Marketing and Product Management department — “PASHA Bank” OJSC

“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Specialist Development and management of card products for Marketing and Product Management department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interaction with market research analysts, understanding patterns of the customer base, identifying customized offer development opportunities for new product development
• Development of the new products concept for individual client segment, coordination with relevant “expert units” (e.g. IT, risk) during this process
• Computing revenues and expenses of cards
• Knowledge of forming mechanisms and calculation of commissions from card services (Interchange)
• Conducting documentations, presentations and promo campaigns
• Computing costs and profitability
• Preparation of comprehensive analysis of new product feasibility and performance forecasts
• Business case preparation (e.g. cost evaluation, profitability and return on investment measurement, benchmarking, etc.)
• Analyzing the performance of already developed products, looking for opportunities for products update
• Negotiate the most favorable terms and conditions with 3rd party processing centers

AGE:
• 21-35

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-3 years

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• Education directions: BA, MSc, MBA, Marketing

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
