“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking for Specialist / Mortgage Loans.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for sales of Mortgage Loans for individual clients.
Work on acquiring new customers and retaining long-term relation with existing clients.
Builds a high-quality Mortgage Loan portfolio.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales of Mortgage Loans for Individual customers (meeting customers, consulting, collecting documents)
Reviews and evaluates mortgage cases and submitting for approval
Supports and communicates with Branches, Cred Admin, CRU and other departments for formalization
Keeps portfolio fully refinanced by AMF to reduce bank expenses
Actively participates in product development related to Mortgage
Collaboration and communication with AMF (Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund) and Partners (Construction Companies) to create, develop and improve products and business processes
Actively participates in preparation of documentation and procedures describing business process workflow
Providing a high quality of customer service and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Conducts training for staff (e.g. Contact Center, Quality Assurance, Branches etc.)
Helps new staff members to adapt the environment and shares his expertise
SKILLS:
Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-5 year
Language knowledge: English/Russian
Product and Market Knowledge
Knowledge of loan products specifics and Regulations (FIMSA, CBAR);
Sales Skills
