“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Specialist of Cash Management Division for its Transactional Banking Department.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Product development in cards area within complex offer attractive for both company and cardholders usage
• Excellent knowledge in payroll local products market. State of the art cards& applications technologies, competitive level of prices, attractive offers for cardholders, etc.
• Analyzing key issues that affect the performance of our card products for legal entities, and then creating actionable leads that translate to deepening member relationships in those areas.
• Understanding a pricing model that includes true cost figures, profitability estimates, market projections within the role of Product owner.
• Collection and analysis data and reports necessary to manage the quantitative and qualitative performance goals established for products as well as reports to monitor trends, performance and return of campaigns and/or promotions conducted by our dept.
• knowledge of working with Card Processing software, skills of management of requirements
• Good communication skills, team player with ability to be on a same page with RM, Retail banking team and IT.
SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• At least 1-3 years work experience in relevant field
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must
