MARVEL GROUP is currently seeking to hire an experienced Technical Services Manager.
The qualified candidate will provide ongoing leadership and management to Electronics Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages operation of Technical Services; plans, coordinates, supervises, reviews, and evaluates work of professional and technical support staff; estimates and monitors expenditures.
• Develops and recommends standards, policies, and procedures directly related to Technical Services; develops goals and objectives.
• Provides guidance, direction and mentorship to Technical Services staff; trains staff as appropriate.
• Manage Electronics staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment.
• Provides expert technical support for other staff in the organization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 years of experience in similar role required
• Knowledge and experience working in Electronics (TV, REF, Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine) service management organization
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.
• Demonstrates ability to develop innovative technical approaches as complete solutions to business problems.
