Line manager: Head of IT ERP Unit
Responsibilities
• To monitor all support requests
• To complete support requests before COB (close of business day). Requests which require resolution more than 24 hours to be opened and updated in Track Studio.
• To open Service Requests to Oracle Corp. for manufacturer issues for standard functionalities in eBS. Follow-up action plans provided by Oracle Support. To be in line with agreed SLA regarding progression and issue resolution timing.
• To be a contact person for support request: analyze, document, resolve.
• To verify, analyze and update user’s access.
• To prepare training materials and train users.
• To plan and execute test plans (functional, regression, performance)
• To assist end-users in the user acceptance test
• To evaluate estimated workload of change requests
• To reconcile accounts between sub-ledgers and General Ledger
• To analyze data in the database via ad-hoc SQL queries
• To define functional specifications according to AIM (RD.050, BP.080, MD.050, BR.080, TE.040) of related business processes
• To configure OEBS according to BR100 instructions written by business analysts (internal or external)
• To transfer know-how to the team members
• To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management
• To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures
Secondary responsibilities • Perform data fixes
• To build/adjust reports in XML Publisher
• To personalize forms in OEBS
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Information Technology.
• Basic understanding of accounting
Experience
• 3 years in related area
Special professional skills
• Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Linux RedHad basics and file transfer tools
• Basic knowledge to run scripts through sqlplus on test beds
Computer skills
• Knowledge of MS office
• Proficiency in software tools required to perform the job tasks

• Analysis of change requests, functional specifications, test scenarios and use cases.
• Design of technical specifications of extensions with high complexity (MD.070).
• To build/adjust Concurrent Programs, XML Publisher reports, Form’s customization, integration with third party systems using SOA or other methods.
• Review of scripts built by technical analysts (internal and external) and provides recommendation for optimization.
• Coding and unit testing of script statements.
• Performance tuning in cooperation with Applications DBA.
• Analysis of errors and debugging.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
• To provide timely and accurate information whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction with services provided by IT to our internal and external customers
• To support creation/generation of Daily, Weekly, Month; Yearly billing reports.
• To support all on demand business and IT report requests;
• To detect, report and advise on billing issues found during report generation
• To assist in the creation of operational procedures within the billing teams to prevent future billing errors
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education
• Bachelor degree in computer engineering, applied math or other relevant field
Experience
• 1 to 3 year experience in reporting and data bases
Special professional skills
• Database technical ability including various program languages (MS SQL, PL SQL)
• Experience with report writing and business requirements analysis
• Proven experience with reporting tools, software, and applications
• Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets and graphs
• Considerable exposure to the operation and analysis of relational database software and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies
• Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics
• Skills of conceptualize complex data flows/transformations and translate into step sequences that can be implemented using ETL life cycle and tools

• Excellent knowledge of Office programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (VlookUps, Power Pivot, formulas, etc.)
