Position Title: Timekeeper
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (Site based)
Reports To: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
To compute total time worked by employees, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to HR department;
To review timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness;
To locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet;
To compute earnings of workers by referring to their annual salary or timesheet to discover hours worked;
To verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records;
To handle complaints or questions regarding discrepancies;
To register vacation or sick pay;
To perform calculations from worksheets;
To check electronic data for errors;
To compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records;
To perform other administrative tasks assigned;
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative position
• Fluent in English
