“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking for Trade Finance Specialist.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for structuring, execution, administration and after sales monitoring of customer requests relating to local bank guarantees, foreign bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections, ensuring proper and timely execution of all functional responsibilities, contributing to bank’s profit generation.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interaction with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts and other units of the bank as part of sales pursuit to existing and new customers for all segments
• Handling of customer inquiries related to local bank guarantees, foreign bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections
• Participation in structuring and pricing of customer requests related to local bank guarantees, foreign bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections, understanding of customer needs and suggesting best solution/structure
• Communication with customers
• Communication with correspondent banks
• Monitoring and ensuring timely repayment/fulfillment of customer’s outstanding obligations
• Monitoring and ensuring collection of full package of documents necessary for execution of customer requests
• Execution of all functional responsibilities in compliance with relevant internal and external regulations
SKILLS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in business banking products and business financial analysis (business financials, operational transactions knowledge and handling).
• Product knowledge : Bank guarantees, Letters of credit, Documentary collections, International payments
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is a must.
• Good in English and/or Russian.
