Utility Technical Operator
Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Utility Technical Operator to join our highly professional team.
Responsibilities:
• Operate safely all utility related equipment’s/machineries like boilers/refrigeration equipment’s/pumps etc. strictly as per SOP;
• Monitor and log all parameters (readings) of utility machineries at regular interval;
• Inform the Technician for any unusual noise, leaks, vibration, heat observed on the machines and parameters that are outside of the limits and could not be controlled or rectified easily or normally;
• Inform the technicians for any machine and equipment that are not working properly or not running at all;
• Work along with Utility Technicians and assist them on breakdowns and PPM;
• Clean the utilities machineries regularly and keep the area clean;
• Involve in audits of supply inventories along with bench stock to assure usage is constant with programmed work activities;
• Ensures work facility fulfills all required safety and environmental needs;
• Must communicate all issues to production and related team during any shortage of water or utility supply;
• Attain detailed information of OSHA Lock Out Tag Out Process and capability
• to record all internal paper work;
• Keep the PPE’s ready and in good condition at all times.
Requirements:
• Good analytical and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills
• Good English speaking skill are must (Writing & Speaking skills )
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Weekend and holiday coverage as needed
• Good understanding of a regulatory environment
• Exhibit professional appearance and attitude and act in harmony with fellow employees
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Maintain proper personal hygiene & dress code
