Position Title: Mechanical Engineer/Estimator
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Reports To: Tenders Manager
Responsibilities:
Preparation and assessment of BOQ for tenders;
Drawings assessment;
Technical assessment of the project requirements;
Provision of technical assurance of alignment of tender documentation (BOQ/Drawings);
Preparation of drawings and plans;
Preparation of commercial proposal;
Preparation of presentation materials;
Advocating NWC position on after Bid technical meetings with clients;
Support other deliveries of Tenders department;
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Estimators work background;
• Work experience with public electrical systems-Hotels, Malls, Entertainment Centers
• Previous work experience in leading mechanical companies
• Advanced AutoCad skills, English fluency, MS office programs
