VAKANSİYA 1: Planner

CONTRACTOR’S PERSONNEL assigned to support COMPANY’S Planning SERVICES:

Tasks and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

o          Develop project plans at required level of detail
o          Resource load and level project schedules for team and other resources as required
o          Maintain necessary interfaces with contractors and other functions to ensure alignment all involved parties through properly updated project schedules
o          Ensure contractor planners provide quality integrated plans
o          Track schedule performance KPIs in line with agreed methodology
o          Monitor, review, and analyze any schedule deviations, and assist with development of recovery plans
o          Perform schedule risk analysis
o          Build cost data into schedules to develop project S-curves and cash flow diagrams
o          Update required KPI dashboards for planning / scheduling data

CONTRACTOR’s Personnel qualification:

o          University degree in Engineering with specialization in Projects Planning and Performance related training.
o          Level  Experience (0-2 years)
o          Level  Experience (2-4 years)
o          Relevant and similar capacity in project planning, estimating and performance reporting in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
o          Technically strong in project planning, scheduling and reporting
o          Skilful Application knowledge of Primavera6 Scheduling Software and SAP software is highly advantageous

VAKANSİYA 2: Cost analyst

CONTRACTOR’S PERSONNEL assigned to support COMPANY’S WELLS Cost Tracking System (“CTX”), project cost performance maintenance, invoice verification and other financial services:

Tasks and responsibilities shall include:

o          Input the daily cost data based on the standardized upload sheet
o          Accurate cost data allocation/tracking in and production of a Daily Cost report for the job;
o          Daily Cost review and validation with respective Drilling
o          Follow up with suppliers for any delays or/and inaccuracy with the cost data submission;
o          Perform any ad hoc financial and cost flux analysis;
o          review the project cost performance vs. General Ledger accounts level. Monthly preparation of Value of Work Done
o          Accruals review
o          Monthly Reconciliation and review of inventory issues/returns on ongoing wells;
o          Support Company’s (engineering teams) in the process of preparation and performance tracking.
o          Data adjustments to match with SAP
o          Participation in discussion with engineers for any misalignment between
o          Verify third-party invoices and ensure compliance with relevant contract terms and conditions such invoice parts like item/service/work description
o          Follow up with Suppliers for any disputed items
o          Issue weekly progress report of reviewed invoices and outline of any findings.

CONTRACTOR’s Personnel qualification:

o          University Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
o          Previous experience in Accounting. Preference will be given to an individual with Accounts Payable and SAP experience
o          Fluent English
o          Level  Experience (0-2 years)
o          Level  Experience (2-4 years)
