DUTIES:
Regular daily inspections of quality and state of items in food store rooms.
To prepare the costing for recipes and menus prepared.
Daily check report of received goods and supporting documentation.
To ensure that all orders for Purchasing department are in compliance with Hotel policies and procedures.
To control level of stock for each stockroom, and to prepare analysis of slow moving items.
To check regularly reports for issued goods and to determine that all orders are correctly posted.
To prepare reports for Food and Beverage cost on a weekly basis and to deliver it to Management of the Hotel.
To perform inventory count on a monthly basis and to inform about all discrepancies that have been found.
QUALIFICATIONS:
An experience in hotel accounting/purchasing department.
Verbal and written English communication skills.
Results oriented, self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
Ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Portray a fair leadership style.
Understanding Hotel Operations.
